TATTVA SHUDDHI - CHAKRA BALANCING
The word Chakra is ancient Sanskrit (sacred Hindi) for "wheel" and there are seven major areas of these spinning energies located within the physical body. (There are many others too - above, below and elsewhere in the body - as well as myriads of minor nodes throughout your being.)
Their activities govern the area-related endocrine glands, the hormones they each release, and therefore all the body's systems and organs and their functions.
When one Chakra is imbalanced, it has an impact on the entire organism and will often throw out the balance of others depending on the cause and nature of the disequilibrium.
Pain, ailments and even disease may arise as a consequence.
Chakra Therapy helps re-establish harmony and balance within the Chakric system once more, allowing the body to return to its natural, healthful state.

REFLEXOLOGY
This TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a powerful therapeutic system of restoring homeostasis (balance) to all the organs and functions of the body, thereby providing a platform for it to increase its rate of healing.
In both the feet and the hands (as well as the ears), there are points or zones that correspond to every system and part of the body. By 'working' these zones, they are naturally stimulated to begin functioning as optimally as possible once more.
Due to trauma, injury or stress, the pathways that carry information around the body may become blocked or damaged and Reflexology assists in restoring the movement of this vital information - and in the correct directions - once again.
The benefits are multiple, including an increase in the healing rate of the body, stress reduction and detoxification.
I have close on 40 years of experience as a practicing Reflexologist (qualifying through the International Institute of Reflexology in 1988, the current head of which was my trainer). I am also a teacher of the modality (for more than three decades) and all its related science studies.
Aside from private practice and training, I also provide bedside rehabilitative, post-accident/trauma treatment for hospital patients - during their hospital stay and beyond discharge. Additionally, I teach the patient, where possible, in-between session self-treatment aid that expedites the process of recovery.

ACCESS BARS
There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head which connect to different aspects of your life.
All of these points are activated using this modality.
They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever held about anything.
For example, every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the bar called "money."
There are also bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, ageing and sex.
Each bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named.
Touch one bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life.
