TATTVA SHUDDHI - CHAKRA BALANCING
The word Chakra is ancient Sanskrit (sacred Hindi) for "wheel" and there are seven major areas of these spinning energies located within the physical body. (There are many others too above and below the body and also many minor nodes throughout the body.)
Their activities govern the area-related endocrine glands, the hormones they each release and therefore all the body's organs and their functions.
When one Chakra is imbalanced, it has an impact on the entire system and will often throw out the balance of another one, or all of them, depending on the cause and nature of the disequilibrium.
Pain, ailments and even disease may arise as a consequence.

REFLEXOLOGY
This TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is a powerful therapeutic system of restoring homeostasis (balance) to all the systems of the body, thereby providing a platform for it to increase its rate of healing.
In both the feet and the hands (and also the ears), there are points or zones that correspond to all the organs and parts of the body. By working these zones, the organs and parts of the body are naturally stimulated to begin functioning as optimally as possible once more.
Due to trauma, injury or stress, the pathways that carry information around the body may become blocked or damaged.
Reflexology assists in restoring the movement of this vital information, and in the correct directions, once again.
The benefits are multiple, including an increase in the healing rate of the body, stress reduction and detoxification.
I have 35 years of experience as a practicing Reflexologist (qualifying through the International Institute of Reflexology in 1988, the current head of which was my trainer). I am also a teacher of Reflexology, and have been for three decades, and all its related studies.

There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head which connect to different aspects of your life.
